Retail Franchise

Joined Lenskart as franchise partner

Surat · The 53rd store

Became an early franchise partner, the 53rd store, while Lenskart was still an early-stage startup. Built and scaled a 290 sq ft flagship, growing monthly revenue from ₹3L to ₹15L+.

Spent 11 years inside a scaling startup, learning how fast-moving consumer brands experiment, optimise, and evolve across pricing, product, and customer experience. Launched a second franchise unit in Gandhidham in 2020.

The moment

The Delhi store moment

₹2,500 spent in a store I didn’t plan to enter

Walked into a Delhi store after seeing a long queue outside. Walked out spending ₹2,500 on products I didn’t know I needed. That single question, what just happened in there?, sent me deep into consumer behaviour, impulse buying, and how retail experiences are designed.

Fast Fashion

Partnered with Ximivogue

Vadodara & Surat · 2 flagship stores

Acted on observations of impulse-buying behaviour in global lifestyle formats, partnered to bring XIMI VOGUE to Gujarat. Set up two flagship stores (~1400 sq ft each), built from market research through international sourcing.

Where the consumer-behaviour thesis was formed, the foundation for everything that came after.

Clean Energy

Co-founded Pujan Energy

Jam Jodhpur, Gujarat · 0.45 MW Solar

Co-founded and operate a solar energy venture with 0.45 MW installed capacity, supplying clean power to industrial consumers under Open Access.

Led end-to-end execution from land identification and feasibility through commissioning and sustained operations, navigating MSME/Udyog Aadhaar, GETCO, SLDC, and PGVCL approvals.

Consumer Brand

Co-founded Candy Floss

Gujarat · 11 stores

Pivoted from an import-led model to a Made-in-India private label ecosystem during COVID disruption. Built the brand from scratch, positioning, vendor network, store design, e-commerce, and omni-channel presence.

Scaled to 11 stores, a 200+ vendor network, and gross margin expansion from ~35% to ~70% through private label and supply-chain control.

Maybe something in coffee.

A long-running curiosity I keep circling back to, whether it’s a brand, a roasting setup, or something experiential. My day is incomplete without black coffee, and the consumer-brand muscle from Ximivogue and Candy Floss combined with the operating discipline from Pujan Energy keeps making me wonder what the right shape of that bet looks like.
