P.S. Coffee
A grab-and-go specialty coffee brand designed for the city's daily coffee drinker. Not an occasion. A routine.
Building the
infrastructure.
Ahmedabad already has a generation of urban coffee drinkers. What it doesn't have is the infrastructure to support a daily habit. The specialty options that exist are sit-down experiences, occasions rather than routines, priced and placed in ways that don't fit into a typical workday.
P.S. Coffee is being built to close that gap. Compact Pods, 50–200 sqft formats, embedded directly where people already spend their time: corporate campuses, co-working spaces, gyms, and high-footfall street corners. No seating, no dwell time, just great coffee, fast.
The product is 100% Arabica specialty coffee alongside ceremonial-grade matcha, served through a tight, repeatable menu designed for speed and consistency at the Pod level. The whole thesis is that quality and convenience aren't a tradeoff. We're pre-launch and currently raising a proof round.

The thesis, piece by piece.
The infrastructure gap
Ahmedabad has the coffee drinker. What it lacks is the daily-habit infrastructure. Specialty options exist, but they're sit-down, occasion-driven, and not built for the person who just wants a great cup on the way to their desk.
The Pod format
50–200 sqft, no seating. Pods are embedded inside environments where the customer already is: corporate campuses, co-working spaces, gyms, busy corners. The location is the distribution strategy.
Specialty product
100% Arabica specialty coffee and ceremonial-grade matcha, served through a tight, repeatable menu. Quality is non-negotiable; the format enforces speed and consistency at every Pod.
Routine, not occasion
Most specialty coffee in India is priced and placed as a treat. P.S. Coffee is designed to fit inside someone's day without interrupting it, a habit-forming price point, a grab-and-go format, and locations that require zero detour.
Launch fleet of 5 Pods
The proof round is designed to validate unit economics across 5 Pods in Ahmedabad, testing location types, throughput, and menu performance before scaling the model.
Pre-launch, raising now
Currently in pre-launch phase, raising a proof round to fund the initial Pod fleet. The build is being documented publicly at pscoffee.in, including the brand, the thesis, and the progress.
Make good coffee a routine rather than an occasion. Priced and placed so it fits into someone's day, instead of interrupting it.
